Refunds are not available once company formation documents have been submitted to government authorities or registration has begun.

Government filing fees, third-party costs, and processing fees are non-refundable.

If a client cancels before submission, a partial refund may be considered.

Consultation, strategy, and digital service fees are generally non-refundable once delivered, as these services involve time and professional expertise.

Tax Return and Compliance Services
